ML Assist handles your personal data discreetly and only to the extent necessary for its communications and services.
Data collected
Depending on how you interact with the website, we may receive your first and last name, email address, phone number, profile, description of your needs and any information you choose to provide.
Purposes and legal bases
Form data is used to answer your request, prepare a discussion and potentially establish a proposal. This processing is necessary for the pre-contractual steps you request. If a collaboration begins, necessary processing relies on performance of the agreement and applicable legal obligations.
Hosting and recipients
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Vercel processes technical data required to provide and secure the website, including IP address, date, time, requested page and browser information. The form prepares an email in your email client: no entered data is stored by the website before you send it. Received emails are processed through Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail. Data is accessible to ML Assist and these technical providers to the extent necessary.
Retention period
Contact requests without follow-up are deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange. If a collaboration begins, useful data is retained during the relationship and then for applicable legal, accounting or legal-claim periods.
Required fields
Your name, email address and description of your needs are required to handle your request. Without them, ML Assist cannot respond. Your phone number is optional. Please do not share sensitive data in the free-text field.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or, where applicable, portability of your data by contacting secretariat@mlassist.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Security and transfers
ML Assist implements reasonable measures to protect data. Vercel and Microsoft may process certain data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are governed by GDPR mechanisms, including applicable adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
No cookies, audience analytics tools or advertising trackers are currently placed on the public website. A consent banner is therefore not required in the current configuration.
